Lets Grow Digital provides AI-powered digital marketing services including, but not limited to, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, web design, CRM setup, and AI agent deployment. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or proposal agreed to by both parties.
Fees for services are set forth in the applicable proposal or statement of work. Invoices are due within the terms specified on each invoice. Late payments may be subject to fees and suspension of services. Retainers and setup fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to accounts and assets required to deliver the services. You represent that you have the authority and rights to share any content, data, or credentials provided to us.
All content on letsgrowdigital.ai — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of GBBB Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Custom deliverables produced under a statement of work transfer to the client upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and proprietary processes, which remain our property.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information shared in the course of an engagement. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for service delivery or by law.
If you opt in to receive text messages from Lets Grow Digital — for appointment reminders, updates, marketing, or any other purpose — you consent to receive recurring automated or AI-generated SMS/MMS messages at the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. We comply with the CTIA messaging principles and A2P 10DLC registration requirements. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform changes, and client execution. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, lead counts, or revenue outcomes. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GBBB Holdings LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GBBB Holdings LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the services, or content and data you provide.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms in the applicable statement of work. Obligations related to payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
